Remarks

The code for these services can be in various combinations of places:

1. The app DLL (from AppCode) or in a classic standalone XyzController.cs files inside the app/api folder.
2. The app root folder or inside an edition.
3. The app folder of the site, or the shared app folder (shared apps are in a different folder).

This service will check all these locations and compile the code if necessary.
