1. Entire App as ZIP
2. App Data for git-versioning as XML
3. Parts of the App Data as XML
4. Content-Types as JSON
5. single Content-Items / Entities as JSON
6. Tables of Content-Items as XML
7. View Definitions together with the Template as JSON
8. Queries as JSON

You can also create custom exports as CSV etc. using Razor.
